The N.C. Board of Transportation adopted the 2024-2033 State Transportation Improvement Program (STIP) at their June board meeting, which identifies transportation projects that will receive funding from 2024 to 2033.
The Metropolitan Transportation Improvement Program (MTIP) is a subset of the STIP and by extension demonstrates fiscal constraint.
