Amendment 22 to the 2024-2033 MTIP & Amendment 6 to the 2026 -2035 MTIP

The 2024-2033 and 2026-2035 Metropolitan Transportation Improvement Programs (MTIPs) identify state and federally funded transportation investments within the New Bern Area Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) Area. This Amendment modifies both MTIPs.

This Amendment adds funding to various Statewide Public Transit Systems.

This Amendment will enable transportation projects to continue to move through the planning, design, right-of-way, and construction phases. Public comments will be received through January 19, 2026.
